Finding Roommates

If you are an individual seeking roommates for the upcoming year, please complete your Housing Application, and then consider one of the steps below.

1. If you would like assistance in finding a roommate(s), contact the Office of Residence Life at 401.865.2392 or email Kevin Hillery at khillery@providence.edu to request to be on the Roommate Seeking email distribution list.
2. If you do not want to search for roommates and prefer instead to evaluate open bed options and/or be placed in a room by Residence Life after Housing Selection, please call 401.865.2392 or email Kevin Hillery at khillery@providence.edu  to setup an appointment.

Some students have had success finding roommates using the “Housing” message board on the PC Mobile app and through the Facebook Class Groups. While the Office of Residence Life has no involvement with either of these platforms, they are options for students to consider.
