Requesting Housing Accommodations
Requests for Residential Accommodations should be submitted as early as possible for best consideration, though all requests submitted will be reviewed regardless of timing.
- Students seeking residential accommodations are encouraged to try to get their top housing choice through the Housing Selection process first.
- Depending on the outcome of Housing Selection, and AFTER receiving an approval email from Non-Academic Accessibility Accommodations, students can email reslife@providence.edu to create a housing plan.
- It is important to note that approved accommodations are for the individual and NOT the roommate housing group. Students may elect to stay with a housing group and decline an accommodation, or accept an accommodation and be placed in a setting that best meets the disability-determined need.
