Requesting Housing Accommodations
Requests for Residential Accommodations should be submitted as early as possible for best consideration, though all requests submitted will be reviewed regardless of timing.
- Students seeking residential accommodations are encouraged to try to get their top housing choice through the Housing Selection process first.
- Depending on the outcome of Housing Selection, and AFTER receiving an approval email from the Office of Disability Services, students can reach out to Kevin Hillery, Associate Director of Residence Life, to create a housing plan.
- It is important to note that approved accommodations are for the individual and NOT the roommate housing group. Students may elect to stay with a housing group and decline an accommodation, or accept an accommodation and be placed in a setting that best meets the disability-determined need.
