The PC Well Living-Learning Community provides an intentional living experience for students committed to personal wellness. This community supports students seeking a residential environment that promotes healthy habits and holistic well‑being.
PC Well is open to all undergraduate residential students. The PC Well community for members of the classes of 2029, 2028, and 2027 is located on the 6th floor of Shanley Hall. The PC Well community for members of the class of 2030 is located in the newly renovated wing of Aquinas Hall.

- Personalized wellness & resilience coaching to help students build healthy habits and manage stress effectively.
- One‑on‑one mentoring with trained wellness partners who provide guidance, accountability, and support.
- Access to exclusive programs, workshops, and events designed around holistic well‑being:
- Mind – mindfulness practices, stress‑reduction strategies, emotional well‑being workshops
- Body – fitness activities, nutrition education, wellness challenges
- Soul – purpose‑building experiences, reflection opportunities, spiritual wellness sessions
- Special on‑campus and off‑campus wellness experiences, expanding learning beyond the residence hall and fostering community connection.
These benefits are designed to help residents thrive academically, socially, and personally while being part of a supportive, wellness‑driven community. PC Well is ideal for students who prefer a lifestyle with reduced substance use or abstinence from substances.
Expectations of Community Members
To foster an engaged, supportive, and wellness-centered environment, selected students are expected to actively participate in all community components, including:
- Monthly community dinners (required)
- Twice‑monthly small group meetings based on wellness areas of interest
- Monthly mentor meetings
- Attendance at three wellness programs or events per semester
Active participation ensures the community remains enriching, supportive, and aligned with its mission of promoting holistic well‑being.
