Voluntary Overcrowding Apartments or Suites
- Students can voluntarily overcrowd a suite and or apartment in McCarthy, Mal Brown, Cunningham, Ditraglia, Davis, Bedford, and most traditional hall rooms by one student per semester.
- Voluntary overcrowded rooms do not receive any housing rebate.
- A voluntary overcrowding group can pick their suite or apartment ahead of their class year’s Housing Selection Date. The voluntary overcrowding group will be contacted by Kevin Hillery for a time to pick housing.
- No changes to housing assignments or group switches will be allowed once a voluntary overcrowded group is assigned.
- The Class of 2027 students that want to voluntary overcrowd a 6 person suite in McCarthy will not qualify to pick housing prior the class. All 6 person suites will be determined through the class of 2027 housing selection.
- Shanley Hall does not allow any voluntary overcrowding.
